Options and Equipment

This began as a 3/4 ton van with 5.7 motor and automatic with overdrive.  It was then converted and sold new as a super fancy, luxury conversion/touring van called an "Elite SC". There are many grades of these type conversions and this one has the signs which mark the best of them. Such as: higher grade carpet that wears like iron, highly contoured and detailed raised top, heavy-duty running boards with integrated wheel flares, painted graphics (not vinyl decals) real wood interior details, and on and on, etc, etc. It has dual A/C, full power features, extra lighting, multiple consoles, giant picture windows with vents and more.

And then, when it was purchased new as a touring van, it was taken directly to a wheelchair conversion company.  The rear seats were removed and floor made fully padded and level, with a lock device for one chair in the center.  And the rear of the roof was made (with steel parts) to have a very tall and wide opening and doors were generously heightened.  It has a Crow lift...very heavy duty. And it also has a medical-grade AC converter inside for folks who need to run equipment such as a ventilator, power mechanisms on a wheelchair, etc.

*** This van has an exceptional ability to accommodate.  Has a minimum clearance at the entry of 55 inches! and inside is 62!  And has a quite wide and long ramp.  And with minor changes could accommodate 2-3 chairs, or a couple more passengers and 1-2 chairs.

Since new, this has had one owner!

History of Care

It is in the sort of overall condition you would hope and expect for these amazingly low miles. Original paint, never any accidents.  The paint looks almost as new and the interior is also nearly like new.  I don't have a printed history of care, but I have checked it out and anything it needed has been serviced or repaired. And by the way, I have personally  driven this more than 1000 miles in varied conditions and it is fantastic.

* This has one of the biggest openings and overhead clearance of any personal use transport vans.

Summary of this Gem

With shockingly low miles, amazing entry and interior clearance and a gorgeous appearance inside and out...this is a very superior and yet reasonably priced van.  And if you need to haul a very large person and/or hyper-function chair...this van is very well-suited to do what you need...in style :)
