I believe this 4 cylinder SE wagon has every available feature, including; automatic w/overdrive, A/C, rear wiper, variable wipers, power windows, locks, tilt, split/fold rear seat, cruise, alloys, stereo w/cassette and more.   It's very unusual to find an economy car of this era with so many features.

History of Ownership

This has had only one owner since new.  Was bought in Seattle area by a lady who is now retired.   She moved to Roseburg several years ago, when she got married to a man there.

History of Care

As is often the case, these folks did not keep a lot of receipts.  I do have a few from them.   I've had it checked out and it is in great condition.  I did install one pair of new tires and the other have about 60% tread.   I have driven this car a couple of hundred miles and it is excellent, as you would expect for such low miles.

A notable style change happened in 1997 and went until 2000, the last year of the Escort. In 1998 there were improvements to the transmission and other areas. Therefore this 1999 is one of the very best years.

Summary of this Gem

Small cars of this era with low miles and every option are very hard to find.   And even more rare is to find such a car as a wagon.  This one-owner immaculate car is indeed a rare gem.

The Kelley blue book (most commonly used reference guide) suggests retail value for this vehicle is: Sorry, there is no source that accurately indicates value for this age of vehicle with such low miles, exceptional history and overall condition.
