Options and Equipment

This is a Roadtrek and the model is called a '190 Popular'. It began as a Dodge one ton chassis with a 5.9 V8 and automatic with Overdrive and lockup torque converter with 3.9 rear axle ratio and 9.25 rear differential.

The motorhome has belted seating for 3 and two single beds in the rear, which could easily be converted into one queen size bed and as seen in photos the single rear/side seat cleverly becomes another single bed. The coach has; flush toilet in a versatile room/closet (see photos), microwave, 2 burner stove, sink, TV stand, built in push button Onan generator (Rare in a class-B), large fridge, thermostat Fantastic fan, roof A/C (rare in a class-B), thermostat control heater plus plumbed-in additional catalytic heater also, amazing amount of closet space, lots of lighting, wonderful curtains everywhere in perfect condition, skylight (see in photos) with curtains and on and on and on.  I cant begin to list every feature. I presume that if you are reading this you are a person who knows how special, versatile and amazingly well-appointed and engineered these Roadtrek rigs are?

History of Ownership

Has had only two owners and been in Oregon since new. My dad's mother-in-law bought it when it was a few years old with only 10,000 miles. And it was garaged for much of the time she owned it and it shows :)

History of Care

As is often the case, some folks don't save their receipts.  And as is also common, she doesn't recall the work she has had done. The great news is; my dad is a mechanic and mechanical expert and has watched over this van over the years she owned it. And more great news; I have every one of the vehicles I sell thoroughly inspected and anything needed is taken care of. The only service suggested to me was to put new brakes and bearings on the front and it needed and air filter and of course an oil changed... all of which I had them do. And my dad reminded me that this had a major refurbish of the front-end components, which cause it to be super smooth and tight on the road...no steering wobble, bounce or wander in this rig.

I have specialized in class-B motorhomes of similar age and I can assure you this van runs, drives and performs absolutely amazing. The best I have ever experienced in this age and price-range.

Carfax Report Summary

(Carfax is a widely used database which indicates the history of a vehicle including accidents, prior owners, etc.)

All good, no derogatory history.

You Might Like To Know...

* In my opinion and observation there is no brand of class-B which is a fair comparison to a Roadtrek.  As I mentioned above, I assume you are shopping only for this brand, because you know how special they are.  If not, you are in for a treat when you begin to understand how wonderful these are. And if you would like to know why they are so special, please call and I will be happy to explain.

* The overall condition of this rig is absolutely astounding. The body is nearly flawless, it runs and drives exceptional, the inside is as near-new as you could imagine...and there is none in existence which I can find with these amazingly low miles.

* One of very few class-B companies that have been in business for decades and continue to thrive. This is the premier company of its kind (most come and go in 5-10 years)

*  A new Roadtrek with similar equipment with no slide-out is $80-90k.  Sure, it has a diesel and a few more features...but that's a lot of dough!

Summary of this Gem

Roadtrek is undisputed as the ultimate class-B motorhome. My Grandma-in-law has owned this since 10,000 miles.  This is surely not only the lowest mile one of these anywhere, but in the absolute finest overall condition. If you spend a few extra thousand on this exceptional motorhome than some other, you will be VERY glad you did.

The Kelley blue book (most commonly used reference guide) suggests retail value for this vehicle is: Sorry, there is no source that accurately indicates value for this age of vehicle with such low miles, exceptional history and overall condition.
