Options and
Equipment
The Van:
This began as a
12 passenger
(with 4 feet of
storage space
behind the rear
seat!) and has
the 7.4 gas
motor and
automatic with
overdrive, which
is what you want
and need to haul
a big load.
And you can tow
with it, due to
the powerful
drive train and
tow package.
It is the
fanciest model
available called
a 'Beauville'.
There is remote
locks, power
windows, locks,
mirrors and was
ordered with
heavy-duty dual
A/C...imagine
summer in
Nevada. The
inside is super
nice with fancy
cloth and carpet
everywhere, dark
tinted windows
and a nice
stereo.
And the fancy
wheel covers,
custom stripes
and pristine
body and paint
make this
lift-equipped
people-mover
quite
attractive.
The mobility
equipment:
There is a Ricon
heavy capacity
lift which is in
the swing-out
side door area.
It has a large
platform and is
constructed
entirely of
thick and
commercial-grade
aluminum. The
van has several
anchor points in
the floor, and
includes several
adjustable
straps.

History of
Ownership
This van was in
Nevada (dry and
zero rust or
corrosion) it's
entire life and
until 7,000
miles ago was
owned by the
original
purchaser. It
has had 2 other
owners in the
past 3 years.

History of Care
Each of my
wheelchair vans
goes through
what I call the
'Rick's
Rejuvenation'
process.
Although I don't
have the
receipts for
history of this
(because, to my
great
frustration the
detail shop
accidentally
discarded them)
I can assure you
it is in
absolutely
phenomenal
condition in
every way.
The folks I
bought it from
had a close
friend who was a
Chevrolet
mechanic who
over the past
few thousand
miles had
extensively
serviced and
cared for it.
Therefore, when
I acquired it
the mechanical
condition was
very
exceptional and
with brand new
expensive tires.
Also, as part of
my rejuvenation
process, each
van receives a
major inspection
and undergoes
many tests.
Amazingly, the
only resulting
suggestion was
to service the
rear axle, which
has now been
done. I will
also share with
you that I have
personally
driven this one
more than 500
miles in mixed
conditions and
it runs, drives
and performs
fantastic in
every way. |

You Might Like
To Know...
* Part of the
'Rick's
Rejuvenation'
process is that
I have a
specialized
mobility
equipment
facility
thoroughly
service, adjust
and care for all
relevant
components.
* The reason the
folks I bought
this from sold
it was because
they bought it
when the man
suddenly
contracted
crippling M.S.
and needed such
a van and then
after about a
year it went
into nearly full
remission. They
decided rather
than having this
sit unused, if
or when his M.S.
strikes again
they will buy a
new van.
* Part of my
rejuvenation
process is to
conclude the
detailing
process with a
paint sealant,
which has a
retail value of
several hundred
dollars and
significantly
protects the
finish...plus
also helps make
the van look
nearly
like new:)

Summary of this
Gem
Here you have a
wheelchair van
with the
capacity and
ability to haul
up to 11 people
and could tow a
load too.
And it is
beautiful, in
astounding
overall
condition and
with very low
miles.
This is a very
rare used van. |
